- In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible to establish a continuous improvement (CI) culture in company, improving the efficiency of operation system and employee, by optimizing the system, platform, software etc., and using the AI, digital technology.

- You will be mainly accountable for:
- ● As the owner of operation systems such as MES, SAP to consult with vendors.
- ● Realize innovative ideas and responsible for implementation on digital application.
- ● Digitalize current process and improve productivity by using digital tools or systems.
- ● Provide training, facilitation support to individuals and teams so that they are better equipped to drive their efforts for themselves.
- ● Drive transformational projects, within the scope of responsibility, with a hands-on and problem solving approach on digital application.
- ● Bachelor's degree or above.
- ● Experience in manufacturing factory on MES and SAP maintenance.
- ● Better to have background or experience on automation production.
- ● Able to think independently to challenge traditional solutions.
- ● Good facilitating skills and providing guidance to project teams
- ● Prefer to know the process of electrical products.
- ● Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- ● Good communication, execution and teamwork skills.
