崗位職責:
1.To set, in close conjunction with each Department Manager, annual operating budgets this will form part of the business plan.

2.To ensure monthly forecasts are prepared, To ensure that the Department’s Operational Budget is strictly adhered.

4.Ensure effective marketing is applied to all departments in its catering operations.

5.Continuously seeking ways to maximize hotel catering revenue and profits.

6.Fully understand the market needs and desires of each operational department, and ensure that department management and catering teams adjust operational needs in a timely manner.

7.Always understand the financial results (budget vs. actual) in the sales and cost areas of catering, and ensure maximum sales and profits.

8.Effectively supervise and control the costs of F&B Services and F&B Kitchen.

9.Management the hotel F&B according to policy requirements.

8.To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

任職要求:
1.University and above.
大學及以上資歷。
2.Experience in improving F&B Operation policies and developing hotel F&B Operation plans.
有完善餐飲運營政策和制定酒店餐飲運營計劃的經驗。
3.Outgoing and pleasant character with good inter-personal communication skills.
性格外向,友善,有良好的溝通技巧。
4.Able to operate computer software program.
熟練操作辦公軟件。
5.10 years and above experience and more than 5 years of work experience in luxury brands.
10年以上相關工作經驗,擁有5年以上奢華品牌工作經歷優先。
6.Candidates with stronger English proficiency will be given priority.
有良好的英語能力者優先。
