財務分析應收應付核算會計
Overall Purpose
This role partners with the Greater China
Finance Manager and FP&A team to deliver accurate accounting, tax, and
management reporting results. This role will also work closely with the
Financial Controller to support business leaders on strategic initiatives, deal
structures, and financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting and Tax
- Support month-end closing and assist in GL review and journal entries.
- Manage tax declaration, annual filing, and coordinate statutory and group audits.
- Prepare financial statements and notes in compliance with Group and PRC GAAP.
- Conduct monthly and annual stock-taking and fixed asset checks.
- Provide G&A and business performance analysis.
Management Reporting
- Prepare and review monthly,
quarterly, and year-end reports within deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of reported financials, driving process improvement.
- Deliver variance and trend analyses by department and cost centre.
- Prepare monthly management review packs for business discussions.
Business Partnership
- Work closely with business
owners to monitor and drive achievement of financial targets.
- Control operating expenses through understanding of key cost drivers and policies.
- Provide advisory support for new contracts and initiatives, ensuring compliance with group and local accounting and tax regulations. Budgeting and Forecasting
- Lead budget and forecast preparation, collaborating with Sales, Assistance Centre, and Operations.
- Consolidate and submit accurate budgets and forecasts to regional office on time.
- Prepare presentations for EXCO and management meetings.
- Recommend and implement improvements in the budgeting and forecasting process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above, in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or CMA qualification preferred. - At least 5 years of accounting experience in a multinational company, or 3+ years in Big Four serving MNC clients. - Strong analytical, reporting, and system skills.
- Good business acumen with ability to provide actionable financial insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
