主要目標(biāo)：
負(fù)責(zé)德馬格零部件和鋼絲繩葫蘆的銷售工作。
主要職責(zé)：
定期拜訪合作伙伴，以及聯(lián)合合作伙伴拜訪最終客戶；
推廣德馬格產(chǎn)品，幫助合作伙伴進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的市場推廣，完成銷售指標(biāo)；
協(xié)助商務(wù)部門，進(jìn)行應(yīng)收帳款的催收；
對(duì)合作伙伴銷售成員進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目上的支持，包括技術(shù)和商務(wù)方面；
日常項(xiàng)目管理與匯報(bào)；
與生產(chǎn)部門協(xié)作，進(jìn)行銷售和生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)測，滿足車間產(chǎn)能要求；
完成其他經(jīng)理分配的任務(wù)；
了解ISO14001 & 45001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
職位要求：
機(jī)械工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科或以上學(xué)歷；
出色的中英文口語、書面語溝通技能，會(huì)粵語是加分項(xiàng)；
三年以上物流輸送行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，且在市場、銷售或業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的崗位上有良好的工作表現(xiàn)；
熟悉工業(yè)起重機(jī)市場或相似工業(yè)設(shè)備銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
良好的人際溝通技巧；
具備教練、開發(fā)和培訓(xùn)技巧；
積極主動(dòng)，學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，良好的獨(dú)立工作能力；
適應(yīng)頻繁的出差工作。
Primary Objective:
Responsible for sales of Demag Components and Rope Hoists.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit partners regularly and accompany them on visits to end customers;
Promote Demag products, support partners in market promotion, and achieve sales targets;
Assist the business department with accounts receivable collection;
Support partner team members on project-related issues, including technical and commercial aspects;
Manage daily projects and provide reports;
Collaborate with the production department to forecast sales and production planning data to meet manufacturing capacity needs;
Complete other tasks assigned by managers;
Awareness of ISO14001 & 45001 standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus;
Minimum 3 years of experience in the material handling industry with a proven track record in marketing, sales, or business development roles;
Familiarity with the industrial crane market or similar experience selling industrial equipment;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Ability to coach, develop, and train others;
Self-motivated, quick learner, and capable of working independently;
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business.
