Join us as Regional Marketing Manager for Animal BioSolutions
In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Support Animal Biosolution commercial team to deliver growth ambitions related to revenue, margin, profit, and cost
• Drive regional growth strategy and bridge the strategy between regional sales and global BU
• Manage projects from insight development, idea generation to final stage of implementation, while ensuring our product offerings meet customers’ needs
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities and movements, to refine mitigation plans and share in the broader team
• Support key account team to build and execute long-term engagement plans for designated key accounts, and also support the development and positioning of value propositions tailored to customers’ needs
• Organize and execute promotional campaigns, industrial and customer events
• Contribute to cross-regional a/o cross-functional projects
• Work closely with Sales Leader, Regional IGM/IGN team, Regional and Global marketing team and AR stakeholders

To succeed you must hold:

• A Master or bachelor business education (e.g. B.Sc./M.Sc. or MBA in Business or Marketing) or a technical education (e.g. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering combined with an MBA).
• Extremely good commercial skills and good understanding of Animal Health industry
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience, demonstrate marketing experience in animal health is preferred
• Experience of Marketing, Business development, Product Management, Project management, Facilitation and Presentation skills
• Fluency in English, and the main language spoken in the territory
• Self-driven and proactive player
• Display constant curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Handle a high variety of tasks and manage a high number of responsibilities simultaneously
• Travel is required, may travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory
