工作職責: 1.Coach and manage buyer team to execute materials purchase and purchase improvement 帶領采購團隊執行采購管理工作以及采購活動優化 2.Timely release order and timely track the material dock in Volex in order to avoid line down situation. 及時下單保證原材料供應及時避免生產停線 3.Execute the pull in/push out/cancel based on the demand fluctuation 根據客戶/生產需求及時要求廠商對未交訂單交期進行調整或取消 4.Deal with the defective part with SQE to follow up RTV within 14days 配合供應商質量管理部分及時處理不良原材料 5.Drive VMI with Sourcing 和Sourcing 團隊一起督促廠商執行“供應商管理庫存”協議 任職要求: Education 教育: College or above ( 大學或以上) Job Related Experience 工作經驗: Minimum of 5 years experiences on lead buyer team (5年以上帶采購團隊經驗) Specific Knowledge and Certificate/License 所需專業知識、證書或許可: CET 4 (大學英語四級) Be familiar with & execute well on Microsoft office software (熟悉并很好的操作辦公軟件) Experience in ERP system will be a priority (有ERP系統經驗者優先考慮) Have good teamwork spirit and can work under high pressure, have the accountability (有良好的團隊合作精神并且能承受高強度的工作壓力) Business 業務知識 : Project management項目管理
