【RESPONSIBILITIES】職責(zé):
一、Leadership Development Strategy & Incentive Program Management 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力發(fā)展策略與激勵計劃管理:
1. Design, implement, and review end-to-end leadership development and incentive programs to motivate Leadership Development and drive title achievements. 設(shè)計、實施并評估端到端的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力發(fā)展與激勵計劃,以激發(fā)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力發(fā)展并推動職級晉升成果。
2. Monitor and optimize the success plan, conducting thorough analysis of its effectiveness and ROI. 監(jiān)控并優(yōu)化成功計劃,對其效果及投資回報率進(jìn)行深入分析。
3. Perform competitive intelligence analysis on compensation plans and leadership programs to ensure our offerings remain best-in-class. 對薪酬計劃和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力項目進(jìn)行競爭情報分析,確保我們的方案保持行業(yè)領(lǐng)先水平。
二、Business Performance Analysis & Reporting 業(yè)務(wù)表現(xiàn)分析與報告:
1. Develop and deliver regular business performance reports, including key metrics dashboards and analyses for monthly business review meetings. 制定并提交定期業(yè)務(wù)表現(xiàn)報告,包括月度業(yè)務(wù)復(fù)盤會議所需的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)儀表盤及分析報告。
2. Provide data-driven insights on Leadership Development performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 提供領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力發(fā)展表現(xiàn)的數(shù)據(jù)洞察,識別趨勢、機(jī)遇及改進(jìn)領(lǐng)域。
3. Design and maintain tracking reports for all incentive programs to monitor participation and effectiveness. 設(shè)計并維護(hù)所有激勵計劃的跟蹤報告,以監(jiān)測參與度和有效性。
三、Strategic Business Partnership 戰(zhàn)略業(yè)務(wù)合伙人:
1. Serve as a key advisor to senior management by providing robust business analysis to support critical decision-making. 通過提供穩(wěn)健的業(yè)務(wù)分析來支持關(guān)鍵決策,為高級管理層提供專業(yè)意見。
2. Contribute expert insights to cross-functional projects focused on Leadership Development, such as new distributor welcome programs and referral initiatives. 為專注于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力發(fā)展的跨職能項目提供專家見解,如新的分銷商歡迎計劃和推薦計劃。
3. Define and analyze key drivers and qualification rules for major leadership events, including seminars and conferences. 定義和分析主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動的關(guān)鍵驅(qū)動因素和資格規(guī)則,包括研討會和會議。
【QUALIFICATIONS】要求:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. 擁有商業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融、數(shù)據(jù)分析或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位。
2. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or strategy, with a strong preference for background in network marketing (MLM) or direct sales. 5年以上商業(yè)分析、銷售運營或戰(zhàn)略經(jīng)驗,有網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷(MLM)或直銷背景者優(yōu)先。
3. In-depth understanding of network marketing principles, compensation plans, and leadership development structures is essential.對了解網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷原則、薪酬計劃和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)有深入了解
