Responsibilities 職責：
● Planning and preparation for the new product line.
● 規劃準備新產品的生產線。
● Coordination under the support of experts to ensure the new product line ram-up.
● 在專家指導下協調新生產線的實施。
● Manage the process development, include preparation of machine, tools, process, and fixtures before SOP, as well as quality planning.
● 過程/工藝開發的管理，也包括SOP之前的設備、刀具、流程和工裝的準備，以及質量策劃。
● Quality planning and preparation for the new product line. (PFMEA / SPC / Control plan/PQI and so on).
● 新生產線的過程質量策劃以及準備（包括 PFMEA/SPC/ 控制計劃/過程操作和檢驗指導等）。
● Supporting the purchasing of machines.
● 協助采購生產設備。
● Development and planning of technology for the production area.
● 生產工藝的開發和規劃。
● Lead the new machine acceptance, spare parts, ram-up.
● 領導新設備的驗收，備品備件，前期的批量生產。
● Technical support for outsourced service related to product.
● 針對外協產品工藝服務的技術支持。
● Layout planning and workstation planning of the related product.
● 產品相關生產線的布局及工作位置的規劃。
● Continuously optimize the production and process flow, investigation of cycle time and carry out time study in cooperation with production and BPS team.
● 和生產以及BPS團隊合作持續優化生產和工序流程，研究生產節拍，實施時間測量。
● Update of working and in-process testing instruction to secure qualified production.
● 更新工作指導書和在線測量指導書以確保有效的生產。
● Investigation of new tools to reduce cycle time and increase life time of tools for cost reduction.
● 研究新工具降低生產節拍，提高工具的使用壽命降低成本。
Qualifications & Requirements 任職資格及要求：
● Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical or electromechanical engineering major.
● 機械或機電相關專業本科或以上學歷。
● Minimum 2 years work experience in process engineering in machining or assembly area.
● 兩年以上機加工或裝配工藝工程相關工作經驗。
● Strong technical background and knowledge of current manufacturing/assembly technology. ESD knowledge or E/E product experience plus.
● 優秀的技術背景，熟悉現有生產技術; 最好了解ESD 相關知識或有E/E零件經驗。
● Project management experience.
● 項目管理經驗。
● Good knowledge in FMEA, control plan, SPC, and process audit.
● 對質量管理工具FMEA，控制計劃，SPC以及過程審核有良好的理論基礎和實際應用經驗。
● Good English or German language skills.
● 良好的英語或德語溝通能力。
● Good knowledge about Bosch steering system products is preferred.
● 了解Bosch轉向系統產品優先。
● PC and EDP skills (MS Office, SAP, AUTOCAD).
● 掌握PC和EDP技能(MS Office, SAP, AUTOCAD)。
● Ability to carry through tasks.
