工作概述
Electrical industry sales engineer is responsible for promote Wiha tools products in Chinese
electrical industry, provide safe, reliable and efficient German tool system solutions to increase
the market share of the wiha in electrical industry.
Reporting to National Sales Director
Base location: Shanghai/Jiangsu
Salary range: 8K---10K

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
主要的工作職責(zé)
1. Focus on develop electrical complete equipment manufacturers, air switch manufacturers,
cable manufacturers, power equipment manufacturers and new energy equipment
manufacturers
開發(fā)電氣成套設(shè)備制造商,空氣開關(guān)制造商,線纜制造商,電力設(shè)備制造商和新能源設(shè)備制商
2. Technical sales promotion provides tool combination solutions for application scenarios.
技術(shù)型銷售推進(jìn)針對應(yīng)用場景提供工具組合方案
3. Sales analysis on the business progress of the electrical industry and provide professional
product training for relevant maintenance personnel
對電工行業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)展進(jìn)行銷售分析及對相關(guān)維修人員提供專業(yè)的產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)
4. Finish all the work assigned by National Sales Director.
完成全國銷售總監(jiān)交辦的工作任務(wù)
5. Frequent business travels.

Minimum 最基本的：- 2 - 03.07.2024
1. Education & Experience:
教育及經(jīng)歷：
1) College degree and more than 5 years of sales experience in the industrial tool
with at least 3 years of sales experience with electrical complete equipment
manufacturers.
大學(xué)學(xué)歷； 5 年以上工業(yè)品銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，至少 3 年面向電氣成套設(shè)備制造商的銷售經(jīng)

2) Know about the tool applications of electrical complete equipment manufacturers.
了解電氣成套設(shè)備制造商的工具應(yīng)用
2. Skills:
技能：
1) Result –oriented , can be responsible for the sales targe.
結(jié)果導(dǎo)向型， 能對銷售結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)
2) Has the skills to talk to the different people of different levels of end user.
具備和最終用戶不同人員對話的能力
3) Has the skills to talk to the different people of different levels of dealers.
具備和經(jīng)銷商不同級(jí)別人員進(jìn)行對話的能力
4) Knowledge of general office software(word,excel,PPT etc.).
基本辦公軟件的應(yīng)用
5) Strong inside experience of sales preferred.
有強(qiáng)的銷售實(shí)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先。
6) Work under pressure. 能夠承受工作壓力。
Preferred 優(yōu)先考慮的:
1. Related sales experience of lead rail, cable, industrial lubricant.
有導(dǎo)軌、 線纜、工業(yè)潤滑油或電子元器件相關(guān)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者
2. *** or *** is OK.
