Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
· Through special analysis of business models to help disassemble, analysis of business scenarios, analysis
of ideas, the formation of product demand, and collaboration with the relevant team to implement.
· Assist the Organization in data technology, product - related training to enhance the ability of digital product,
enhance data analysis skills.
· Ensure the proper operation of infrastructure-related business for both the shopping mall and office areas.

Major Tasks & Activities:
· Responsible for the full lifecycle of digital projects, including but not limited to requirements research, solution selection, deployment and implementation, as well as subsequent iterations.
· Assist in the core data statistics and analysis of shopping mall operations.
· Participate in the development of the data business analysis index system and promote the implementation of relevant indicators.
· Follow up on compliance and management matters such as budgeting, ISO, and NIST.
· Support the data needs of different categories within business team to develop multidimensional data
analysis report.
· According to the needs of business development to help provide a fixed time window and provides thematic
data analysis reports on specific topics.
· Other work in the sector.
· Complete other work arranged by department heads.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
· More than 3 years of business experience, proficiency in mainstream business systems environments,
including but not limited to the use and deployment of ERP, CRM, Consumer Traffic System.
· Familiar with commercial operating system and business model, understanding the actual needs of various
departments
· Be familiar with and have a thorough understanding of the responsibilities and functions of the information
technology department in a shopping mall environment
· Required to have the ability of development programs, including but not limited to C + +, C, C #, R, Java,
python, and so on.
· More than 3 years of business data analysis of practical experience have relevant business data analysis training and certification is much better. Familiar with statistical analysis software, including but not limited to, such as SPSS, R, python,statas.
· Focus on and understand the mainstream and Advanced Data Analysis Techniques, artificial intelligence
theory and products.
· A strong command of statistical and AI algorithms is highly desirable, including but not limited to
machine learning, random forests, binary trees, SVM, and regression analysis.
· Proficiency in mathematical analysis methods for business systems—such as the RFM model, CLV system, ARIMA
model, landlord and tenant relationship model, and lifecycle or time period analysis—would be considered a significant advantage.
