Responsibilities:
- 負(fù)責(zé)所有會(huì)計(jì)相關(guān)事務(wù)，包括但不限于，按時(shí)編制月度財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表，負(fù)責(zé)月度和季度稅務(wù)申報(bào),工資計(jì)算, 負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)部和外部審計(jì)工作的進(jìn)行等；
Responsible for administering all aspects of the accounting function including the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports in a timely manner, submit monthly and quarterly tax returns, prepare monthly payroll, responsible for internal and external audit and ensure clean opinion, etc.
- 確保與客戶及時(shí)有效的溝通,與客戶和相關(guān)政府機(jī)關(guān)保持良好的合作關(guān)系
Ensure efficient and effective communications with clients, maintain and enhance good and stable relationships with clients and local authorities
- 負(fù)責(zé)公司日常銀行款項(xiàng)收付及相關(guān)工作, 定期檢查銀行付款與收款，并準(zhǔn)備銀行余額調(diào)節(jié)表, 定期開具和驗(yàn)證專用發(fā)票, 負(fù)責(zé)公司相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)文件的保管
Daily cash/bank works, including money received and paid and other related cashier works, reconcile the payment and receipt information with bank statement, and prepare bank reconciliation on a regular basis, issue invoice and handle the invoice verification on a regular basis, safe-keeping financial documents
- 根據(jù)客戶需要到客戶公司提供現(xiàn)場的財(cái)稅服務(wù)
Per clients’ request, onsite services may be required
- 協(xié)助其他相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)工作
Assist for other accounting works as per company need
Personal Requirements:
- 會(huì)計(jì)、財(cái)務(wù)或相關(guān)專業(yè)專科及以上學(xué)歷；
University degree or above in accounting, finance or related disciplines;
- 3年以上專業(yè)服務(wù)性公司或外資企業(yè)全套賬務(wù)、稅務(wù)處理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉工資、個(gè)稅、社保公積金的相關(guān)政策和操作優(yōu)先；
Over 3 years of full set accounting and tax work, preferably in professional firm or MNC, be familiar with payroll, IIT, social security and housing fund policies and practice is preferable;
- 優(yōu)秀的中英文書面與口頭溝通能力；
Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills；
- 熟練使用財(cái)務(wù)軟件（金蝶、用友等），熟悉常用辦公軟件，特別是WORD, EXCEL, PPT；
Proficient in using accounting software (e.g. Kingdee, UFIDA), be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially WORD, EXCEL, PPT;
- 工作積極主動(dòng)有責(zé)任心，能夠認(rèn)真踏實(shí)完成公司安排的每項(xiàng)工作
Work proactively with responsible attitude and reliable for any assigned work by the company;
- 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和溝通能力、能夠融入一個(gè)富有活力的管理團(tuán)隊(duì)。
