l 負責(zé)模具試模的跟蹤，并及時的對模具進行優(yōu)化，解決模具存在的問題；
Responsible for tracking tooling try out, optimizing tooling in time, solve the tooling issue.
l 確保模具按期完成
Ensure complete tooling try out on time.
l 負責(zé)對日常使用的生產(chǎn)工具進行維護保養(yǎng)，；
Responsible for maintain daily production tools, measurement equipment, responsible for maintain the die spotting machine.
l 認真填寫工作量統(tǒng)計表、設(shè)備點檢卡、工時記錄；
Seriously fill in workload statistical table, equipment spot checking card, process card and timing record.
l 生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題，及時向組長匯報；
Report quality issue happens in production to team leader on time.
l 負責(zé)模具異常的上報并過程跟蹤
Responsible find abnormality and tracking for the tooling
l 負責(zé)模具交接時的檢查
Responsible check the tooling when the transfer
l 按工藝單要求的完成時間合理安排工作
According the required finish time of the process plan to arrange work plan
負責(zé)本責(zé)任區(qū)的每日衛(wèi)生清掃工作及5S管理。Responsible for daily cleaning and 5S management for the responsible area.
l 服從組內(nèi)工作安排，加班，倒班，出差。
Obey working arrangement, such as OT work, shift work and business trip.
l 負責(zé)完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作

崗位要求：
l 2年以上的工作經(jīng)驗。
At least2 years working experience.
l 視力1.0（矯正）以上，無色盲，嗅覺正常。
Eyesight is above 1.0 after correction, not color blind, anosmia.
有一定識圖能力，具備3D軟件基本操作Have ability to understand drawing
l 了解模具結(jié)構(gòu)，熟練掌握模具裝配，研配，調(diào)試以及后期優(yōu)化。
l Know tooling structure, familiar with tooling assemble, die spotting skill.
l 了解ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001基礎(chǔ)知識
Know basic knowledge of ISO9001, ISO 14001,ISO 45001.
l 具備磨床熟練操作水平。
Have basic ability to operate grinding machine, drilling machine, lathing machine and milling machine.
l 能進行倒班工作。
Can do shift work.
l 能出差。
Can go for business trip.
