Position Requirement:
1. Set up and regular review the incoming specification for IQC;
2. Offer the necessary help and analysis for any suspected parts or materials;
3. Actively seek for new potential suppliers with purchasing team;
4. Leading the APOQ / PPAP process for new products and new suppliers from the product design to the SOP (start of production);
5. Directing multi-disciplinary audit and research teams from suppliers to determine whether the product / process quality and quality management systems are sufficient. Subsequently, ask for additional information, improving processes to suppliers, making proposals for engineering and possibly stopping the collaboration with the supplier;
6. Leading and coordinating suppliers’ quality improvement. Provide relevant information and help our purchasing team to manage suppliers;
7. Implemented, evaluated and where necessary, update supplier reviews;
8. Provide additional information to Quality Manager for decisions regarding supplier performance specifically on launching new programs and new suppliers;
9. Develop and implement supplier Quality objectives, procedures in line with our quality objectives;
10. Participating in developing, implementing and maintaining an assessment system for our suppliers;
11. Advising of selected suppliers in developing their quality systems;
12. Reporting supplier performance;
13. Interacts with engineering to identify global and local solutions under Quality Manager guidelines;
14. Follow up by quality issues and implement corrective actions;
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree with Quality Engineering or related;
2. 5 or more than 5 years’ experience in production manufacturing of components and subsystems in automotive industry;
3. Proven experience in auditing; Recognized audit training certificate is preferred;
4. MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
5. Fluent in English (spoken and written);
6. Automotive experience;
7. Injection molding, PCB and metal parts experience;
8. Statistical knowledge (mini Tab);
9. Experience with TS 5 tools and problem solving techniques such as 8D and DOE;
10. TS16949, LEAN techniques;
