此職位將與一線IC廠商密切合作,針對其電源架構設計提供優化的磁性組件設計方案,使其能應用于公版設計中;同時也會支持客戶選用特定IC方案時,依其電氣與機構需求開發客制化的磁性組件。
We are looking for an R&D engineer with experience in AC/DC applications and PFC integration, who can support the development of magnetic solutions for server, IT, aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications.
This role will involve close collaboration with top-tier IC manufacturers, delivering optimized magnetic component designs for reference design integration, as well as supporting custom magnetic development tailored to the electrical and mechanical requirements of customers' selected IC solutions.
1. 根據IC廠商的電源架構設計,提供磁性組件的優化設計(變壓器/電感)方案
Deliver optimized magnetic component designs (transformers/inductors) based on IC vendor power architectures
2. 協助IC廠開發公版設計中的磁性組件,使其可直接量產應用
Support IC vendors by developing magnetics for reference designs applicable to mass production
3. 評估并根據客戶使用的IC solution進行客制化磁性組件設計,滿足其電氣與機構需求
Design customized magnetic components for customer-selected IC solutions, addressing electrical and mechanical constraints
4. 進行磁性組件相關的設計仿真與參數優化,協助提高整體效率與可靠性
Perform simulations and optimization of magnetic parameters to improve efficiency and reliability
5. 與業務與FAE團隊合作,提供設計支持與技術問題解決
Collaborate with sales and FAE teams to provide design support and resolve technical issues
6. 撰寫產品設計數據與技術報告,并支持樣品制作與測試
Prepare product design documentation and support sample builds and testing
要求:
1. 三年以上AC/DC大功率電源設計經驗
Over three years of experience in high-power AC/DC power supply design.
2. 熟悉AC/DC電源應用與磁性組件設計,具PFC相關經驗尤佳
Familiar with AC/DC applications and magnetic component design; experience with PFC is a plus
3. 熟悉電源系統仿真(如:Simplis/LTspice/Ansys Maxwell等)者加分
Experience with power system simulation tools (e.g., Simplis, LTspice, Ansys Maxwell) is a plus
