Mechanic Engineer機械工程師（2名）
Responsibilities:
崗位職責
1、Design and improve automation equipment.
自動化設備研發、改進。
2、Define the overall design of automation equipment.
制訂非標設備整體設計方案。
3、Mechanic design. Prepare the assembly drawing, list of inhouse machining parts, off the shelf parts, out sourcing parts.
產品機械部分設計，繪制裝配圖及零部件圖、申報自制件、標準件、外購件清單。
4、Manage the historical document of machine debug and design change.
負責收集和管理設備的調試、設計變更的履歷管理。
5、Classify and manage the drawing, manual and catalog. Update the drawing and if necessary, survey and draw the spare parts and get them co-signed.
對圖紙、說明書、產品樣本進行分類管理，更新圖紙，必要時測繪備件并確認與會簽。
6、Prepare the support plan for machine integration. Debug and runoff the new designed machine. Prepare the operation manual, assembly and debug manual for the machine.
制定安裝支援計劃，并調試、驗收新設備，編制設備使用、裝配、調試說明書。
7、Cooperate with project electric engineer.
做好與項目組內電氣工程師的設計協調溝通工作；
Qualifications:
任職資格：
1、Under 45 years old. College degree or higher.CET-6 or above specialized in computer or electromechanical. Preferred candidates with electric experience.
45歲以下，大專以上學歷，大學英語6級（CET-6）及以上水平。計算機及機電相關專業畢業，有電氣基礎的優先錄用。
2、Familiar with pneumatic parts. Capable of independently sizing and using motors, pneumatic cylinders, valves, hydraulic units, guide rails, slides, screws, etc.
熟悉氣動元件，能對電機、氣缸、閥類、液壓元件、導軌滑臺絲桿等元器件獨立并熟練的應用及選型；
3、Experts in 3D software of Solidworks or Zwcad, or experts in 2D software CAD.
三維設計精通Solidworks、中望軟件之一或二維設計能熟練運用CAD；
4、Work with responsibility. Creative and team worker.
工作認真負責，嚴謹細致，有良好的創新精神和團隊精神。
