Job Profile
SHANGHAI – SQA/Supply Quality Engineer – Welding/IWE certified
Product range: From complete transportation systems (High Speed, Locomotives, Regional trains, Commuter trains / Electric Motorcars, Metro Units Trains and Streetcars and light rail trains) and turnkey solutions, to custom-made parts and components.
Services: Maintenance, upgrading and overhaul of vehicles and components, after sales technical assistance, operation of administrative concessions, and financing.
· Control the ongoing purchasing projects that the company has all over China, including material, elements and systems to be used in the manufacturing of trains.
· Develop the suppliers market around the country.
· Supplier Audit
· Pre FAIs in origen
· Quality Tracking: NCRs, PDCA plans…
· Quality technical Support
· Special process audit: Welding/Surface treatment
Profile:
· Chinese person. Located in Shanghai. Good communication skills. Good English.
· High responsibility, motivated, cooperated in term work, and very active.
· Background: Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Welding, etc.
· Basic knowledge about special process like welding, bonding, machining or painting. Better if with Certificate IWS of EN15085. At least 3years experience in railway sector.

The project in China
CAF has the following goals in China:· Control the ongoing purchasing projects that the company has all over China, including material, elements and systems to be used in the manufacturing of trains.
· Develop the suppliers market around the country.
