Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive, data-informed marketing and training plans for assigned products and countries within Asia.
· Campaign Execution: Organize and manage a diverse mix of marketing activities, including digital advertising, sales promotions, and industry exhibitions, to enhance brand presence and market share.
· Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance against established goals, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives and effectively support the sales pipeline.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Proficient in Spanish and fluently in English.
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a strong advantage.
· Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the electrical hardware industry (switches & sockets, lighting, or related building materials).
· Demonstrated success in market development and driving growth in the Asian market is highly desirable.
