渠道銷售電子/半導體/集成電路物聯網通信/網絡設備
工作職責:
l協助完成生態業務部門相應銷售指標,市場指標以及管理的各項考核指標。
Assist to complete the sales, market and management assessment indicators of the department.
l圍繞公司研發及制造能力,開拓及維護行業生態合作伙伴,尋找銷售機會及提升銷售;
Assist for the development and relationship maintenance of ecological partner channels in smart home products industry;
l協助部門領導深入挖掘生態合作伙伴的產品需求和客戶資源,從客戶業務角度出發,快速響應并共同商討提出解決方案,完成公司制定的銷售目標;
Explore the product needs and customer resources of ecological partners, respond quickly and propose solutions together from the customer's business perspective, take responsibility for the process and results of strategic cooperation, and achieve the sales goals set by the company;
l拉通公司內部資源,協助生態合作伙伴及時完成項目的產品交付、調試、落地服務等工作,提高客戶滿意度;
Internal resources of Raton assist eco-partners in timely product delivery, commissioning, landing services, etc., to improve customer satisfaction;
l組織參加行業協會、論壇活動,負責智能家居產品在行業內的市場推廣和品牌提升;
Organize industry associations and forums, and take charge of the marketing and brand promotion of smart home products in the industry;
l通暢地全面地做好與各部門的溝通和協調工作;
Communicate fluently and coordinate effectively with colleagues in the department and other departments;
l準確及時地完成上級領導交辦的任務;
Accurately and promptly complete all the tasks assigned by superiors;
l負責本職工作范圍內涉及的EHS管理、溝通、協調工作。
Responsible for the management, communication and coordination of EHS within one’s duty.
任職要求:
l市場營銷專業或相關專業本科及以上學歷;
College degree or above in marketing or related majors;
l有與華為、小米、涂鴉、阿里、歐瑞博、綠米等Iot公司,或大金、東芝、日立等暖通公司合作的經驗;
Experience working with companies like Huawei, Xiaomi, Doodle, Ali, Ouribo, Greenrice, etc.
l有較強的敬業精神和獨立工作能力,優秀的客戶管理能力和談判技巧;
Strong dedication and ability to work independently, excellent account management and negotiation skills;
l具備良好的內外部溝通能力,思路清晰、邏輯分析能力強,能充分了解和理解客戶的需求和痛點,善于協調公司內外部資源;
Have good internal and external communication skills, clear thinking, strong logical analysis ability, can fully understand and understand customer needs and pain points, good at coordinating internal and external resources;
l工作積極主動,能承擔較強的工作壓力,勇于挑戰新目標;
Proactive, able to work under intense pressure and challenge new goals;
l熟練操作辦公軟件;
Proficient at office software;
l流利的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力;
Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
l適應頻繁出差。
