General duties:
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's information technology systems. This role ensures that IT infrastructure and services align with business goals, support operational efficiency, and maintain security and compliance standards.

Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Lead digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify technology opportunities and risks.
Team & Project Management
Manage and mentor IT teams, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and support.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution for IT initiatives.
Ensure timely delivery of IT projects within scope and budget.
Infrastructure & Operations
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems and networks.
Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs).
Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO, SOX).
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Develop and manage the IT budget.
Optimize IT spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Evaluate and approve technology investments.
Job requirements：
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in IT management.
3. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
4. Proven experience in strategic planning and project management.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Experience in SAP, Local ERP implementation will be preferred.
7. PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications.
8. Fluent English skills.
