Responsibilities 工作職責
1. SOW Implementation & Execution工作包引入和執(zhí)行
Define tooling function develop solution to support SOW implementation. Deliverables include: Mfg. planning, PPM build, Risk/Issue/Opportunity management, Qualification plan & execute, Performance to Plan execution (Quality, Material usage, Labor).
定義工裝 功能和擬定解決方案以確保工作包順利引入。交付項包括：工藝制定、試制件計劃、風險/機會/問題的管理、驗收計劃和執(zhí)行、（質(zhì)量、材料用量、工時）目標的達成。
2. Tooling Improvement工裝改進
Meet process improvement to design and modify tooling to improve part quality and efficiency.
滿足工藝改進，設計和改造工裝以提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和工作效率。
3. Customer Tooling Management 客戶工裝管理
Establish all kinds of standard operation procedure and operation processes in detail to manage, maintain and repair customer tooling, and ensure production completion timeliness and quality with conformance tooling.
為確保產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)完成的及時性和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的符合性，建立標準工作流程和操作工藝管理和維護客戶提供的工裝。
4. Change Management構(gòu)型更改控制
Lead Change Board to control all engineering and process changes, perform risk and opportunity identification and communication, take charge of change implementation.
領導更改委員會控制所有工程更改和工藝更改。進行風險和機會識別及交流。負責管理更改導入。
5 .Cross-Department Collaboration跨部門協(xié)作
Collaborate with other department to track on-site production issues and propose solutions.
與其他部門協(xié)作，跟蹤生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場問題并提出解決方案。

Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

5. Use CATIA to get basic information about parts
使用CATIA獲取零件的基礎信息;
6. Draw simple structural diagrams using CAD.

7. Identify the relevant technical requirements in the specification
在規(guī)范中找出相關(guān)技術(shù)要求;
