崗位要求:
1)Experience in PMP and 6 Sigma preferred.
具備項目管理專業人士(PMP)和六西格瑪方面的經驗者優先。
2)10-15 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

3)Demonstrated experience in personnel management.

4)Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity.

5)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English and Mandarin are a Must.

6)Excellent presentation skills.
出色的演講技巧。
7)B.A Degree or higher in business administration or Finance, Engineering degree or related job experience form EMS industry a significant plus.
工商管理或金融專業本科以上學歷,工程專業或EMS行業相關工作經驗優先。
8)Overseas education/ background a big plus.

崗位職責:
1)Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
與高層管理人員及利益相關者合作,明確項目范圍、目標以及能夠支持業務目標的可交付成果。
2)Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
制定全面的項目計劃以及相關的溝通文件 。
3)Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
以及時且清晰的方式向團隊成員和相關方有效傳達項目預期目標。
4)Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
估算實現項目目標所需的資源和參與人員數量。
5)Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
起草并提交預算提案,并在必要時提出后續的預算調整建議。如有需要,與其他部門經理協商,從公司內部獲取所需人員。
6)Make appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.

7)Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

8)Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

9)Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

10)Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.

11)Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
