崗位職責: 1. Communicate with PM/sales/customers for quality standard; 2. Attend the new project kick off meeting and provide the suggestion professionally; 3. Prepare the relevant necessary document according to customer requirement; 4. Make QS/Test plan for new product base on customer requirement and OSM general requirement; 5. Lead test plan review meeting with PM/PD/Sourcing/LAB, etc. 6. Guide lab to perform testing correctly, review the test report and send to customer; 7. Identify the quality standard for both raw material and assembled finished goods based on customer requirement; 8. Do sample inspection and summarize the quality issues list (MIL)to relative department and push them to make improvement actions ; 9. Make the decision for all abnormal quality issue of final inspection failed and testing failed; 10. Prepare CP if needed; 11. Train QA/QC for the new project quality standard; 12. Join MRB review of raw materials and finished goods. 13. Sign the reference sample and limited sample; 14. Deal with customer complaint; 15. Deal with the difficult issues with the relevant departments, customers and suppliers; 16. Lead customer process audit which specific to products; 17. Support supplier to enhance the quality management system; 18. Do the Pre-audit before customer visit and audit; 19. Assist the process improvement. 崗位要求: 1).University graduated with engineering background and English CET-4 or above; 2).At least 5 years experience on quality assurance and at least 3 years experience as PQE; 3).Familiar with NPI Quality management and quality tools such as SPC, MSA, DOE, etc.; 4). Possess a solid understanding of fundamental knowledge and quality standards, with proficiency in electronic circuit principles and circuit analysis. 5).Familiar with basic quality requirements, production processes, and inspection procedures; knowledgeable in IPC-A-610-J electronics assembly standards.
