崗位職責描述Responsibilities:
1, 根據公司銷售及業務發展策略，負責指定區域或領域內銷售及業務發展計劃的制定和執行,以完成銷售指標；
In the responsible industries, formulate and implement sales and business development plan according to sales and business development strategy to achieve sales target.
2, 開拓市場，挖掘業務機會，負責新客戶的開發與關系維護；
Explore the market and business opportunities, responsible for the development of new customers in the region and maintain the relationship.
3,完成相關銷售報告，協助財務部及時回籠應收賬款；
Complete relevant sales reports and assist finance department to return accounts receivable in time.
職位要求REQUIREMENTS:
1. 大專或以上學歷，制冷或相關專業優先
College or above, major in refrigeration or related is preferred.
2. 具備5年及以上工業領域涉及制冷、空調、換熱及儲能等或其他相關應用的市場銷售從業經驗；
At least 5 years of sales experience in industry related to refrigeration, air-con, heat exchange & energy storage，etc.;
3. 具有獨立開發客戶資源和行業渠道搭建能力；
Has ability to independently develop customer resources and build industrial channels.
4. 年齡40歲以內，有突出銷售業績工作經驗的年齡可放寬；
Age≤40 yrs., if candidate over 40 yrs. has outstanding sales experiences also could be considered.
