新鴻電子有限公司（NuRay Technology Co., Ltd.），簡稱新鴻電子，是一家源于北京漢鴻投資有限公司與XinRay Systems Inc.的中美合資企業。主要開發和生產基于碳納米管技術，可應用于安檢、醫療等領域下一代高性能CT設備的分布式X射線光源產品，核心技術來自于清華大學及美國北卡羅來納大學教堂山分校，涉及納米、電子、真空、高壓、機械等技術領域。NuRay Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as‘NuRay’), is a Sino-US joint venture between Beijing Hanhong Investment Company Limited and XinRay Systems Inc. NuRay develops and produces distributed X-ray source products based on CNT(Carbon Nanotube) technology, which are used in the next generation of high-performance CT equipment in the security inspection and medical fields. NuRay’s core technology originates from Tsinghua University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and covers a variety of fields such as Nano technology, electronic, vacuum, high voltage and machinery technology.新鴻電子所研發和生產的新型X射線光源，改變了X射線的產生和利用方式，能夠從根本上改善X射線設備的3D成像性能，提高圖像清晰度以及掃描速度，并降低設備的維護成本。在碳納米管場致發射X射線光源技術方面，公司擁有20余項核心專利，并從母公司獲得了30余項相關專利的獨家許可，這些專利為公司的核心技術提供了全面的知識產權保護，也使公司具有明顯的技術競爭優勢。The new type X-ray source developed and produced by NuRay has changed the generation and utilization of X-rays, fundamentally changes the 3D imaging performance of X-ray equipment, improves image definition and scanning speed, and reduces the maintenance cost of equipment.
