Job description:?- 在公司或供應商車間里根據圖紙或相關標準對機械部件進行質量檢驗（如鑄件，鍛件，機加工件等）。Perform quality check based on drawing or quality standard for mechanical parts like casting, forging, machining parts at warehouse or at vendor workshop.
- 主要是操作儀器進行光譜化學成分檢測，FARO三坐標尺寸檢驗，部件外觀檢驗, 金相分析等檢驗工作。Inspection include Spectro test, dimension inspection, appearance inspection, microscope inspections etc. ?- 準備QC 檢驗報告給質量經理審閱。 Prepare QC report and send to qc manager for review.?- 協助質量經理建立檢驗點計劃和檢驗大綱。Assist QC manager to establish QC check list and quality standard?- 協助質量經理維護好國內外常用的標準收集和更新。Assist QC manager to trace and maintain national & industrial product standards?- 協助采購部門準備test plan和處理質量投訴并準備不符合項質量報告。Assist purchasing department to prepare test plan for inquiry and help on quality complaint and prepare NCR.?- 更新和維護質量文件存檔。Update and maintain qc database?- 與客戶，與供應商溝通關于質量問題事宜，并進行跟蹤。Communicate with vendor and customer in following up with product quality issue.?- 與公司其他部門溝通與質量有關事宜。Communicate with cross functional departments regarding quality related inquiries
- 參與公司的新產品開發活動。attend the team to do new product development.?- 領導安排的其他工作任務。Other tasks assigned by management.??Qualifications:?-工作仔細，能自我開展工作 Detail oriented, self-organized ?- 誠信可靠 Integrity & trust-worthy?- 有一定的質量管理經驗 Experience and exposure to quality control?- 良好的溝通能力 Good communication skills?- 良好的英語郵件讀寫能力 Good skills for emails, MS office applications?- 可以用英語寫檢驗報告 Report in English?- 專科或專科以上學歷 Graduated from full time college
- 主要的檢驗工作是基于上海公司倉庫內產品檢驗，但也會有出差到供應商工廠短期質檢工作。the main inspection will be based in PTS warehouse, but will also need to travel to suppliers workshop for short time inspection.
- 如有鑄件，機加工件，材料和尺寸檢驗經驗和金相檢驗或熱處理技術背景的優先考慮。
- experiance with casting, carbon steel machining parts dimension and material inspection will be perferred.
