Your Responsibilities
61 Data Analysis & Insight Generation:
· Collect, clean, consolidate, and model daily production data; establish and maintain production performance databases to keep production management KPI achievement
· Proficiently use data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Excel ,ect ) to perform deep statistical analysis, identifying variation, bottlenecks, and root causes in manufacturing processes.
· Develop and maintain automated data dashboards (Excel ,Power BI preferred ) for the visualization and real-time monitoring of Key Performance Indicators .
61 Data Forecasting & Strategic Advice:
· Build predictive models based on historical data and trends to forecast KPI indicator
· Analyze forecasting outcomes and provide clear, actionable adjustment directions and optimization strategies to the production management team to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
61 Technical Empowerment & Capability Building:
· Act as a technical coach for production line supervisors, using data to illustrate their area's performance and issues.
· Guide supervisors in transitioning from "experience-driven" to "data-driven" management.
61 Data-Driven Process Improvement:
· Proactively initiate and support cross-functional data analysis for online problem improvement ,focus on reduce human error risk
· Utilize scientific problem-solving methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, 8D) combined with data analysis to validate the effectiveness of improvement actions.
61 Application of at least 2~3 years PCB Process experience : Integrate PCB manufacturing knowledge (with data analysis to ensure conclusions are technically sound and improvement solutions are feasible.
61 Provide basis for planning and decision making.
61 Continuous consultation with Department Manager about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting)
61 Follow environmental regulations.
61 Implementation of TS16949 and ISO 14001", OHSAS1B001.
61 Follow 5s/FM standard to keep the environment clean. Other Job assignment from supervisor
Your Profile
61 Completion of a technical education, experience in related industry advantageous. '
61 Experiences in leading or training people advantageous. .
61 Willing and good in learning by doing,
61 Good organization skills.
61 Good Written and oral English skills, good stress management skills.
61 Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting.
61 Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well ),
61 Computer skills - MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes etc...
61 Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
61 Good leadership skills, willing to develop further.
61 Basic knowledge of ISO/TS 16949
61 Good at manufacturing FMEA, CP, Root cause analysis
61 Good communication skills.
