Key duties:
· Liaise with Terminal Operator for Change of Vessel (COV), Change of Destination (COD), re-handling, cancel shipment and hold shipment arrangement upon shipper’s request
· Prepare cargo Booking Forecast & Loading list to MSC SIN & MSC SOR or Partner
· Cross check the outbound cargoes details such as container size \ POD \etc. from terminal record
· Generate Outbound Container details to internal Department
· Answer external inquiries such as container release and CY operation
· Coordinate with related parties to obtain the latest schedule of vessel and inform Terminal / State Agent for berth and operation arrangement
· Provide discharging and loading moves to terminal for daily berthing schedule planning
· Report daily berthing schedule to related parties
· Coordinate vessel activities when staying in port
· Coordinate with related parties to handle emergency case.
· Prepare Loading/discharging Plan/Summary to all relevant parties
· Apply late come with terminal if needed
· Discuss with Chief Officer or Master to amend the stowage plan to maximize the usage of slot with suitable stability status if needed
· Handle Dangerous Cargo in DMAX.
· Prepare all IMO documents and special cargo on top of submitting to Chief Mate upon vessel arrival
· Standby to coordinate with ship side / Terminal / partner / internal Department for urgent case during vessel berthing.
· Collect all the relevant documents from ship side / Terminal and Tally office
· Prepare Departure Report (Dep Bayplan, slot monitoring file, etc.) for sent to concerned parties within time frame as per Principal’s instruction
· Prepare COD list / OPT list to internal Department
· Provide shut out list & Outbound list to internal Department
· Handle queries from customers, Principals and internal departments regarding the terminal operations
· Perform document control for quality check
· Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies
· Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor and management
· Handle maritime business as per HQ and ship management request
· Check VGM declaration with terminal
· VCI completion and verify with company and terminal accounting department
· Verify Operational invoices – terminal/pilot/tugs/survey/subcontractor
Job requirements:
· University graduate, major in marine related preferred.
· Freshmen is acceptable.
· Basic command in English proficiency.
· Good sense of teamwork and could work under pressure
