1. Responsible for Dispensing &Coating process FOR improvement
負責點膠或coating工藝不良率的改善。
2. Responsible for Dispensing &Coating process utilization improvement
負責點膠或coating工藝的生產效率改善。
3. Automated equipments maintenance and trouble shooting.
自動化設備的維護與維修。
4. Spare parts and consumables control and optimization
控制和優化備件和耗材的的使用。
5. Teamboard meeting with supervisor/manager to review defined topics and tasks status
Teamboard 和主管一起討論任務和工作的進展。
6. Training and coaching service technician, regulary evaluation technician (process + equipment).
培訓和教導Service技術員,以及定期考核技術員（制程 + 設備）。
7. Training production people (process + equipment).
培訓生產線人員（制程 + 設備）。
8. Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables line.
負責生產線的備件與易耗品使用的控制。
9. EWAK, d-sample production support.
支持EWAK, d-sample。
10. Assignments of special tasks.
其他可能分配的特殊任務。
11. On-call to support machine or process issue
需要電話待命來支持生產線的設備或制程問題的解決。
12. Owner of Documentation，and regular update of documents (FMEA, TPM, WI, etc.)
負責生產線的文件，定期的文件更新(FMEA, TPM, WI, etc.)。
13. Participate line gemba
參加line gemba
14. Create specification for new machine or modification machine
新設備或設備改造的規范制定
15. Responsible for design Dispensing &Coating machine with supplier
負責協作供應商設計裝配設備。
16. Machine pre-acceptenance and OPL follow up
設備預驗收及OPL的跟蹤
17. Line setup (Include plan schedule and OPL follow up)
架線（包括進度安排與OPL跟蹤）
18. Machine final acceptenane (include new machine, machine modification, software upgrade, machine relocation)
設備的最終驗收（包括新設備，設備改造，軟件升級以及設備移動）
任職要求：
University, major in mechanical or electrical.
機械,材料或電子類大學畢業。
Not less than 3 years experience in electronic or mechanical industries.
三年以上汽車電子或制造業從業經驗。
Expereince as a gluemachine manufactory will be a plus.
有點膠設備制造經驗者優先
