新品導(dǎo)入(NPI)裝配工藝總裝工藝工藝設(shè)計(jì)汽車零部件
崗位職責(zé) / Job Responsibilities:
1、 新產(chǎn)品工藝開(kāi)發(fā) / New Product Process Development
負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品全周期的工藝開(kāi)發(fā)工作,包括編制工藝流程文件(PFMEA、SOP、WI等)、驗(yàn)證關(guān)鍵工藝參數(shù)、主導(dǎo)樣件制作與評(píng)審,確保工藝可行性。
Responsible for the full-cycle process development of new products, including preparing process flow documents (PFMEA, SOP, WI, etc.), validating key process parameters, and leading sample production and review to ensure process feasibility.
2、 量產(chǎn)工藝持續(xù)改進(jìn) / Mass Production Process Continuous Improvement
負(fù)責(zé)批量生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的工藝、工裝及生產(chǎn)方法的持續(xù)優(yōu)化,以提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)效率和直通率,并降低生產(chǎn)成本。
Responsible for continuous optimization of processes, tooling, and production methods for mass-produced products to improve product quality, production efficiency, first-pass yield, and reduce production costs.
3、 工裝設(shè)計(jì)與供應(yīng)商管理 / Tooling Design & Supplier Management
負(fù)責(zé)工裝方案設(shè)計(jì),審核并批準(zhǔn)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙;主導(dǎo)或參與供應(yīng)商技術(shù)交流,協(xié)助完成工裝的改進(jìn)、調(diào)試與最終驗(yàn)收。
Responsible for tooling concept design, reviewing and approving detailed design drawings; lead or participate in technical communication with suppliers, assisting in tooling improvement, debugging, and final acceptance.
4、 項(xiàng)目管理與交付 / Project Management & Delivery
負(fù)責(zé)工藝與工裝開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理,確保所有開(kāi)發(fā)活動(dòng)按計(jì)劃節(jié)點(diǎn)完成,滿足項(xiàng)目整體時(shí)間要求。
Responsible for the schedule management of process and tooling development projects, ensuring all development activities are completed according to planned milestones and meeting overall project timelines.
5、 設(shè)備與產(chǎn)線協(xié)同 / Equipment & Production Line Collaboration
協(xié)同設(shè)備工程師,參與新設(shè)備的方案評(píng)審、安裝調(diào)試、驗(yàn)收及現(xiàn)有裝配線的持續(xù)改進(jìn)與優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目。
Collaborate with equipment engineers to participate in new equipment scheme reviews, installation, debugging, acceptance, and continuous improvement projects for existing assembly lines.
6、 其他職責(zé) / Other Responsibilities
完成上級(jí)交辦的其他工程相關(guān)任務(wù)。
Complete other engineering-related tasks assigned by supervisor.
任職要求 / Qualifications:
1、 教育背景與經(jīng)驗(yàn) / Education & Experience
理工科(機(jī)械、材料、車輛工程等)本科及以上學(xué)歷;5年以上離散制造業(yè)工藝開(kāi)發(fā)或工藝改進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。具備汽車零部件、儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)或數(shù)據(jù)中心液冷管路相關(guān)工藝經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Automotive, etc.); Minimum 5 years of experience in process development or improvement within discrete manufacturing. Experience in automotive components, energy storage systems, or data center liquid cooling pipelines is highly preferred.
2、 語(yǔ)言與背景偏好 / Language & Background Preference
有外資或合資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;具備良好的英語(yǔ)書面及口語(yǔ)溝通能力者優(yōu)先,能閱讀英文技術(shù)資料及進(jìn)行日常技術(shù)交流。
Experience in foreign-invested or joint-venture enterprises is preferred. Strong written and oral English communication skills are preferred, with the ability to read technical documentation and conduct daily technical communication.
3、 專業(yè)技能 / Professional Skills
熟練掌握精益生產(chǎn)(Lean Manufacturing)、Six Sigma(綠帶或以上優(yōu)先)等工業(yè)工程方法與工具,并能應(yīng)用于實(shí)際工藝優(yōu)化。
Proficient in industrial engineering methodologies and tools such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt or above preferred), with practical application experience in process optimization.
4、 分析與解決問(wèn)題能力 / Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability
具備優(yōu)秀的邏輯分析能力和系統(tǒng)思維,能熟練運(yùn)用質(zhì)量問(wèn)題分析工具(如5Why、8D、魚(yú)骨圖)獨(dú)立或牽頭解決復(fù)雜工藝問(wèn)題。
Excellent logical analysis and systematic thinking skills, proficient in using quality problem analysis tools (e.g., 5Why, 8D, Fishbone Diagram) to independently or collaboratively resolve complex process issues.
5、 軟技能 / Soft Skills
具備出色的跨部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、清晰的表達(dá)能力,以及較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, clear expression ability, resilience under pressure, and a collaborative team spirit.
