BC產品銷售sales
(80%)
Assist setting up the annual plan of the
product, including channel policy, sales budget, etc., and be responsible for
the annual sales target of the product line.（LN layout 70%，3D scanning 30%）
協助制定BC系列產品的年度計劃，包括渠道政策、銷售預算等，并對產品線全年銷售目標負責。（LN放樣產品占比70%，3D 掃描產品占比30%）
Corresponding with other business divisions to accomplish the cross selling by industry solution. Responsible for sales support and technical support for crossing selling.
配合其他業務部門進行跨行業的應用方案完成，負責對跨行業的技術支持和銷售支持。
Actively develop key account customers and typical application cases study and maintain business guidance for channel partners.
積極發展重點客戶和典型應用案例，保持對渠道合作伙伴的業務引導。
產品Product (20%)
Be responsible for improving the popularity of the product line or technology in the industry through product marketing methods, especially successful cases.
負責通過產品營銷手段，特別是成功案例，來提升本產品線或 技術在行業內的知名度。
Be responsible for collecting product applications from channels and users, and be able to provide targeted solutions or case studies.
負責收集來自渠道和用戶的產品應用情況，能夠有 針對性地提供解決辦法或案例分析。
Be responsible for sorting out the technical data of all products under its jurisdiction and establishing a product technical system that meets the brand requirements.
負責對轄下各產品的技術資料進行整理，建立符合品牌要求的 產品技術體系。關注技術發展與產品競爭態勢，及時匯總上報并給出相應的對策建議。
Requirements:

College degree or above in Building construction management，Civil engineering and Architecture Design etc. building related major.
建筑管理 ,土木工程，建筑設計相關專業專科以上學歷
Familiar with building construction industry and workflow. China BIM industry.
熟悉建筑施工流程，BIM行業現狀。
Have time operation ability for responsible products, and be competent for complete work processes such as pre-sales demonstration, in-sales bidding and after-sales training
對負責產品有時間操作能力，能勝任售前演示、售中投標、售后培訓等完整工作流程
Have good communication and organizational skills, work affinity, and can communicate well with agents and customers
有良好的溝通和組織能力，工作具有親和力，可以與代理商、客戶進行良好的溝通。
Have efficient execution ability, and be able to complete the tasks assigned by the Department Director and STS leaders.
具備高效的執行力，能夠完成部門總監及STS領導交辦的任務。

Over 5 years working experience.
5年以上工作經驗
Over 2 years building construction company experience. (General contractor, Sub-contractor, MEP contractor, etc.)
有2年以上建筑相關公司經驗（總包單位，分包單位，機電分包，）。
Good skill of at least 1 BIM AEC software， good skill of Autodesk CAD.
熟練使用至少一個BIM AEC軟件，熟練使用Autodesk CAD
College or above
專科以上學歷
