一、 Manage Warehouse Capacity 1、Forecast and prepare accordingly the warehouse capacity to support business growth. 2、Well balance between capacity and charge. 二、Logistics Performance 1. Lead the monthly warehouse operation review with data insights that drive meaningful discussions. 2. Budget warehouse spending and track cost efficiency accordingly. Drive and implement logistics cost & productivity improvement projects. 3. Monitor 3PL daily operation including inbound, sorting, outbound, cycle stock take, Fundamental business and other warehousing process are all comply to Danone’s criteria and requirements. 4. Continuously foresee and monitor both operation and storage capacity of warehouse based on monthly inbound and release plan from cross functions, provide and implement solutions when facing on bottleneck. 5. Collaborate with internal and external audit and follow up findings and investigation, corrective/preventive actions be implemented on time. Handle customer complaints related with warehouse operation. 三、Innovation 1. Have a mindset of digitalization and automation to drive small but consistent improvement in warehouse operations. 2. Plan and build logistics capabilities to support new business such as: a. New sku launch. b. New brand launch. c. New business model setup. d. New channel expansion. 四、System 1. Routine check and confirm WMS operation to reconcile data accuracy between SAP and WMS, finish SAP relevant operations. 2. As SAP key user to support project go live and roll-out, manage system UAT, establish training materials and train end user.
