HSE&S Specialist

? We are looking for HSE&S Specialist who has strong knowledge on HSE to join our team of Changemakers. Does that sound like you?

In your future role as “ HSE&S Specialist ” you will
? Support site/plant to develop and ensure implementation of HSE Management System, including HSE policies, plan and procedures in conformance with regulations and Corporate Directives, Procedure in Site of seven plants.
? Act as advisor for site/plant HSE process of site from procedure, execution and report; facilitate audits in terms of like HSE, PSM, BBS, occupational safety and health, environment management, security, PSRA.
? Work as HSE focal point of plant along with plant team to implement the HSE management system, develop HSE capability; promote HSE culture and Continuous Improvement.
? As liaison of change, take the HSE excellence projects initiated from corporate and regional as well site identified.
? Interact with external authorities and consultant and contribute to the site HSE strategy to support operation compliance, permitting.
? Contribute as HSE expertise in regional pool or local HSE network to provide non-site HSE support to network or HSE pool.
1.Delivery – support Site HSE manager and plants manager to work with line management to deliver HSE policy, set the culture and manage hazards by establishing and maintaining site all HSE procedures and plan (40%)
2.Improvement – Act as a change agent for continuous improvement and a role model for compliance and commitment (25%)
3.Capability – Leverage HSE expertise to supported plant or HSE element taken (20%)
4.Strategy – Contribute to the HSE strategy beyond site communication strategy with authorities (15%)

We believe you bring
? Bachelor level qualification in HSE or engineering or related discipline
? Minimum 8 years of working experience in the discipline of chemical plant operation, HSE or technical engineering in a multinational company.
? Strong ability to drive the follow-up and improvement.
? Specialized knowledge of the multiply company HSE functional role and HSE management systems and programs, as well as external benchmarks.
? Good English skill both speaking and writing
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Good skill of coordination and planning
? Have per regulation required licenses/certifications
Great if you have
? 5 years working experience of process safety management
