Xi’an AVIC Hamilton Sundstrand Aviation Electric Company, Ltd. is a 50/50 joint venture (JV) between Collins, Inc., part of the United Technology Aerospace Systems (UTAS) division of United Technologies Corporation (UTC), and AVIC Shaanxi Aero Electric Company, Ltd. (SAEC). The mission of the JV is to design and manufacture electrical power distribution components and manufacture electrical power generation components for the Chinese and international commercial aerospace markets.

General Statement 職位總述:

Assembly and Test operator is production direct labour position. This position requires mechanical aptitude, good eye-hand coordination, good sense of quality, familiarity with common hand tools and their proper use. He/She will work according to work instruction to complete product assembly and test and meet quality and schedule requirement.

裝配/測試操作工是生產直接員工崗位。該職位要求優秀的機械技能，好的手眼配合能力，良好的質量素養，并熟悉常規手動工具的正確使用。他/她要按照作業指導進行產品裝配和測試并且滿足質量和計劃要求。



Duties and Responsibilities 職務和職責:

· Attend morning meeting and understand work assignment, Follow work order routing, complete assigned operation step on time, sign off/ stamp completed operation，report work status timely , identify wastes and continuous improve work efficiency.

參加每日早會, 理解工作安排， 遵循工藝路線，完成安排的操作步驟， 對已完成的工作簽字或蓋章, 及時匯報工作狀態，識別浪費并持續提高效率

· Understand and 100% follow work instruction to execute assembly and test operations, correctly conduct process self-inspection and cross-inspection , fill out and required forms as quality record, Be responsible for the quality of work and continuous improvement

理解工作指南并100%按其進行裝配及測試操作，正確完成過程自檢和互檢，填寫必要的質量記錄表格, 對工作的質量及持續改善負責

· Correctly record work time in system, initiate Andon process for quick reaction to any non-conformance, record turn back and support quality problem solving, DIVE etc.

在系統中準確的記錄工時， 啟動安燈流程對異常做出及時反饋，記錄誤工并協助質量問題的解決及DIVE等。

· Attend classroom training and on the job training， pass examination and evaluation to certify required skills, continuous improve skills during work. Develop trainer’s skills and conduct training to new operators when necessary

參加課堂培訓和在崗培訓,通過考試和評審得到技能的認證，在工作中持續提高個人技能。 必要時，需要發展培訓師技能和培訓新員工

· Perform daily 6S activities and TPM activities. Be responsible for good-condition of the workplace and equipment. Ensure EH&S performance at work

執行日常清理，整潔（6S）及設備管理（TPM）工作。確保工作場所及設備的良好狀況。遵守EHS的要求。

· Ensure daily safety compliance, Participate EHS trainings and JHA, Ergo etc. activities and support near miss report and improvement. Ensure daily material check, participate regular cycle count and customs reconciliation.

確保日常的安全符合性，參加EHS 的培訓和JHA，Ergo 等活動,并支持安全隱患的匯報和改善活動。 確保日常的材料檢查，參加定期的盤點和海關核銷

· Support company policies, including but not limited to, EH&S, Ethics, ITC，ACE, and the Quality Management System

支持公司政策，包括但不限于EH＆S，職業道德，出口管制，ACE和質量管理體系等政策

· Other tasks assigned by supervisor/Manager

主管/經理分配的其他任務。



Qualifications and Experience 任職資格和經驗:

? Education 教育

· Technical school graduate and above

技校以上文憑。



? Related Work Experience 相關工作經驗

· Preferable candidates have over 2-year experience of assembly and test of electrical products.

有兩年以上電氣產品裝配和測試經驗者優先。
