任職要求:
- 學歷要求:本科或以上/ Required education: Master's or Bachelor's degree or above
- 工作經驗:在汽車行業相同或類似職位至少3年以上經驗, 熟悉寶馬客戶要求/ Required experience: at least 3 years in a similar position in Automotive industry and be familiar with BMW requirements
- 語言要求:英語書寫和口語精通,至少熟練/ Required language skill: Proficient English , both spoken and written English
- 其他:有較好的溝通和介紹技巧,可以適應出差/ Others:better communication and presentation skills,flexible for business trip if need
- 良好的環境意識/ Good awareness of environment
工作職責:
- 分析客戶發展趨勢及需求, 分析競爭對手行為和趨勢, 并向公司客戶團隊及管理層報告
To define customer needs and trend, analyze competitor actions and plans, report to customer team and management.
- 在全球(商務和技術)客戶團隊的支持下,推薦公司解決方案及開展相關商務活動
To define and propose the targets and commercial actions for customers under their responsibility, in cooperation with Global (commercial and technical) Customer Team.
- 建立良好客戶關系/ to built good relation ship with customers.
- 和項目管理團隊緊密配合,共同跟進、推動、提供具體產品或解決方案給客戶
To draw up and submit detailed proposals to the customer, in close cooperation with the project teams
- 風險管理,包括跟進和協助處理到期未付貨款
Risk management, cooperate to follow and push Over Due.
- 負責本部門環境因素的識別和評價。
Responsible for the identification and estimation the environment factors of the respective department .
- 負責本部門環境目標達標及管理方案的執行.
Responsible for implementing environment management and meeting the target of environment
- 負責與本部門有關的環境法律法規和其它要求的執行與合規性評價。
Responsible for implementing related laws and regulations of environment and estimating its conformance.
-風險識別與應付的能力,增強顧客滿意采取措施應對風險。Have the ability to deal with risk identification ,Enhance customer satisfaction.
