一、工作職責：

1. Implement, deploy and manage Control Plans to ensure the reliability of the processes and product.

實施、部署和管理控制計劃確保過程和產品的可靠性。

2. Ensure that all applicable standards of quality are known, understood, implemented and are aligned to meet customer specific requirements.

確保了解、理解、實施所有適用的質量標準，并與客戶特定的要求保持一致。

3. Study customer spec and drawing requirement, identify the SC and CC points.

研究客戶規范和圖紙要求，識別SC和CC點。

4. Familiar with equipment capability (CMK) and process reliability (PPK&CPK) analysis.

熟悉CMK、PPK、CPK 能力研究。

5. Plans and coordinates the preparation and submission of PPAP documents.

計劃和協調PPAP 文件的準備和提交。

6. Prepare the document for different building phase (VS0, VS1, VS2, Pre-PZS and PZS), familiar with the document requirements of those phase.

準備不同階段（VS0、VS1、VS2、Pre-PZS 和PZS）文件，熟悉每一個階段的文件要求。
二、任職能力要求：
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering
本科或同等學歷，機械制造或相關專業。
2. 5+ years experience in automotive parts advanced quality management.
5年以上汽車零部件前期質量管理經驗。
3. Working for BBA metal product as tier one will be an advantage.
最好具有BBA tier one金屬產品供應商的經驗。
4. Smooth oral and written English.
流利的英語口語和書寫能力。
5. Skilled at quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, APQP & PPAP)
熟練使用質量工件（SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, APQP & PPAP）
6. Familiar with IATF 16949 and VDA6.3.

熟悉IATF16949和VDA6.3.
三、工資構成
工資薪金面議。
