Responsibility: -Achieve and exceed region’s monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target, including revenue, volume and profit and market share goals. -Develop sales plans and programs to increase market penetration within region. -Conduct business strategies to achieve YOY growth and 3-5 year long range plan. -Manage the regional team, developing annual sales targets and growth plans for distributors, and tracking the performance. -Implement sales activities with responsible sales staff through periodic meetings with distributors. -Identify new business needs or customer needs, willing to take initiatives on new product, service and business solutions. -Provide seminars and sale events with sales staff and distributors to local installers. -Provide individual coaching and professional development to each member of the regional sales team -Plan and coordinate quarterly regional sales meetings. -Recruit, develop and train sales staff with clearly communicated sales and overall performance goals
Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree -More than 8 years of working experience in auto related industry, managerial experience is preferable. -Demonstrated good experience of sales and commercial related field, experience in lubricant oil industry or aftermarket is preferable. -Good communication and skillful in MS office. -Good selling and presentation skills -Travel Requirements: Up to 60 %
