1.Support the normal running of the company's IT system and IT infrastructure.
支持公司IT系統的正常運行，支持公司IT基礎架構的正常運行；
2.Ensure that the business department meets the new requirements of IT system.
保證業務部門對于IT系統新需求的滿足；
3.Ensure compliance and information security of the company's IT systems and data.
保證公司IT系統和數據的合規性，信息安全性；
4.Meet the IT department's technical and behavioral performance targets.
滿足IT部門相關技術和行為業績指標的完成；
5.Take the initiative to innovate and identify the opportunities of informatization for business development.
主動創新和業務部門發現信息化對于公司業務發展的機會；
6.As IT project manager, ensure the smooth implementation of the project and realize the expected business benefit of the project.
作為IT項目的管理者保證項目的順利實施，實現項目預期業務收益；

1.As the project participate of other business departments of the company, take the initiative to complete the project tasks, actively cooperate with and coordinate other project activities.
作為公司其他業務部門項目的配合者，積極主動完成所屬項目任務，積極配合協調其他項目活動；
2.Support IT asset procurement, storage and distribution management activities to ensure compliance and asset safety.
支持公司IT資產采購，保管和發放等管理活動，保證合規和資產安全；
3.Support the preparation of related SOP and other documents to ensure the standardization of IT process.
支持相關SOP等文檔的編寫，保證IT部門流程標準化；
4.Carry out IT training for business users to ensure the correct use of the system.
對業務用戶開展相關IT培訓，保證系統的正確使用；
5.As SME, cooperate with quality and other business departments to complete relevant audit activities, and actively respond to corrective actions.
作為SME配合質量和其他業務部門完成相關審計活動，并積極響應整改項；
6.Other tasks assigned by the company.
公司交辦的其他工作。

Qualification 任職資格：

1.Depending on the complexity of different systems and the differences in job requirements, 2 years and above of experience, GxP related work experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
根據不同系統的復雜程度和對工作要求的差異，經驗在2年及以上，最好有醫藥行業GxP相關的工作經歷。

2.Bachelor degree or above in Computer or engineering, CET-4, PMP preferred.
計算機和工程類本科以上，英語四級，PMP優先。

3.Ability to manage projects, communicate, and adapt to stressful work environment according to the demands of different positions levels.
根據職級不同要求相應的項目管理能力，溝通能力，對壓力工作環境的適應能力；
4.Strong team spirit and ability to work across departments.
有極強的團隊精神和跨部門工作的能力。

5.Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (Read, Write, Verbal) demonstrated by communicating with other functions.

良好的英語和普通話溝通能力（閱讀、寫作、口頭），通過與其他職能部門的交流表現出來。
