1、負責(zé)項目現(xiàn)場行政工作的協(xié)調(diào)安排,包括但不限于前臺服務(wù)范疇、客戶交辦的其他行政事務(wù);Responsible for coordinating and arranging administrative tasks at the project site, including but not limited to front desk services and other administrative duties assigned by clients. 2、全面監(jiān)督廠區(qū)室內(nèi)外(包括生產(chǎn)車間周邊、高標準倉庫、辦公區(qū)、道路)的清潔衛(wèi)生工作,制定并檢查保潔標準與作業(yè)流程; Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of both indoor and outdoor areas across the plant (including areas around production workshops, high-standard warehouses, office spaces, and roads), establish and inspect cleaning standards and operational procedures. 3、管理室內(nèi)綠植租賃服務(wù)及室外綠化的養(yǎng)護工作(包括供應(yīng)商管理),確保綠化景觀效果; Manage indoor leased greenery services and the maintenance of outdoor landscaping (including vendor management) to ensure optimal aesthetic and landscape outcomes. 4、統(tǒng)籌管理全廠區(qū)生活垃圾的分類、收集、暫存及合規(guī)清運處理,確保符合環(huán)保要求; Coordinate the classification, collection, temporary storage, and compliant disposal of general waste across the entire plant, ensuring adherence to environmental requirements. 5、接收、評估并安排各項基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施(如門窗、照明、水管、鎖具、地坪等)的報修工作,協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部維修人員或外部維修供應(yīng)商及時處理,保證設(shè)備設(shè)施良好運行,做好運行記錄; Receive, evaluate, and arrange repair requests for various infrastructure components (such as doors, windows, lighting, plumbing, locks, flooring, etc.), coordinate with internal maintenance personnel or external service providers for timely resolution, ensure proper functioning of equipment and facilities, and maintain operational records. 6、負責(zé)跟進廠區(qū)設(shè)施設(shè)備的周期性預(yù)防性維護計劃(PPM),監(jiān)督維保工作的執(zhí)行與記錄; Responsible for tracking the periodic preventive maintenance plans (PPM) for plant equipment and facilities, and supervising the execution and documentation of maintenance work. 7、良好的溝通能力與團隊協(xié)作精神。 Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. 8、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時交辦的其他任務(wù)。 Completion of other tasks temporarily assigned by the leadership. 任職要求: 1.管理類相關(guān)大專以上學(xué)歷。 College degree or above; major in management. 2.5年以上物業(yè)現(xiàn)場工作經(jīng)驗。 At least 5 years working experience on site management. 3.良好的組織及語言表達能力,優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧和客戶服務(wù)意識。 Excellent communication skill. 4.良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力。 Excellent English skills. 5.熟悉房地產(chǎn)、物業(yè)管理專業(yè)知識及國家有關(guān)法律、法規(guī)和條例。 Be aware of Real estate; property management knowledge and National laws and regulations.
