工作內(nèi)容：
● Work with the university guidance team to develop a four year university counseling program: create the guidance counseling curriculum, lesson plans, monthly parent workshops, college counseling handbooks etc.
● Deliver college application related presentations, workshops, informational sessions to the school community.
● Provide university admission consultation to Grade 9 and Grade 10 students and families.
● Guide Grade 11 and Grade 12 students and families on one to one basis for university application.
● Teach Grade 11 and Grade 12 career classes.
● Manage university application systems and tools including UCAS, CIALFO etc.
● Work with Heads of Grade and academic team to monitor students academic progress and provide pastoral assistance.
● Liaison with universities around the world, make connection, build and maintain rapport.
● Attend in and out school university events.
● Attend professional development events and conferences, ie. China ICAC conference in China, CUGG in Singapore, IACAC conference aboard.
● Provide academic and pastoral supporting, ie. exam invigilation, supervising ECA classes, sports day and so on.
● Other duties assigned by the Head of University Guidance Counseling, including but not limited to data management and analysis, design, excel spreadsheet support.


任職要求：
● Master degree and above, preferably in education, counseling.
● Fluent in both written and spoken English.
● Knowledgeable and have deep understanding in college admission process and requirements for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong of China, Japan, Singapore and Europe.
● 3-5 years of work experience as a high school guidance counselor or university admission officer.
● Well connected with top overseas universities.
● Good team spirit and superb communication skills.
● Flexibility in handling extra work assignment and attending events in evenings, weekends and holidays.
● Strong computer skills including design applications, Excel and PowerPoint.
● Confident in dealing with and managing parental and school expectations.
