崗位描述 YOUR TASKS
1, 負責日常管理測試工站，保障測試工站正常運作；Be responsible for daily test equipment management to ensure its normal operation for mass production.
2, 接受德國等測試開發團隊提供的技術培訓，不斷提升自身能力，并將所學技能分享給其他同事；To accept the technical training provided by German testing development team, etc.
Constantly improve own ability and to share technical skills with other team members.
3, 負責測試工站整個生命周期的工作，從前期項目規劃階段一直到后續日常量產階段；Be responsible for whole life cycle of the test equipment, from the early stage of project planning to the subsequent daily mass production stage.
4, 為新項目開發提供技術支持：分析需求，制定規格，配合開發，接受培訓，執行驗收，導入量產；To provide technical support to new project development phase: project demands analysis, machine specification development, development status tracking, to take technical trainings, to perform machine acceptance, to introduce new test equipment into mass production.
5, 為日常量產提供技術支持：績效跟蹤，故障處理，不良分析，持續改善，保障運行，培訓同事；To provide technical support to mass production phase: test equipment production performance tracking, machine trouble shooting, failure analysis, continuous improvement, to ensure normal production running smoothly, to provide training to other colleagues.
任職資格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1, 精通PLC編程或者NI LabWindows CVI, LabView, Microsoft C++等；Be good at PLC programming, or NI LabWindows CVI, LabView, Microsoft C++, etc.
2, 兩年及以上的電氣設備和測試工站維修維護工作經驗；Two years working experience in electrical equipment and test equipment maintenance or above.
3, 較強的上手處理問題能力；Strong hands-on skills.
4, 本科及以上學歷（軟件工程，計算機科學，電子等），英語良好；Bachelor’s degree (software, computer science, electronics), fluent English in both oral and written.
