MAIN DUTIES主要職責
1.質量管理體系維護 / Quality Management System Maintenance
負責ISO 9001質量管理體系的日常維護與運行,確保體系符合標準要求。制定、修訂質量體系文件(如質量手冊、程序文件、作業指導書等),并監督文件的執行情況。組織內部審核、管理評審,跟進不符合項的整改計劃及驗證,確保體系持續改進。
Responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of the ISO 9001 quality management system to ensure compliance with standard requirements. Formulate and revise quality system documents (such as quality manual, procedure documents, work instruction sheets, etc.), and supervise the implementation of documents. Organize internal audits and management reviews, follow up the rectification plan and verification of non-conformities, and ensure continuous improvement of the system.
2.客戶審核應對 / Customer Audit Response
作為客戶質量審核的主要對接人,提前準備審核所需資料(如體系文件、質量記錄、過程數據等),陪同客戶完成現場審核。及時整理審核發現的問題,組織相關部門分析原因并制定整改措施,跟蹤整改進度,向客戶提交整改報告,并進行整改效果的驗證。
As the main contact person for customer quality audits, prepare the materials required for audits in advance (such as system documents, quality records, process data, etc.) and accompany customers to complete on-site audits. Timely sort out the problems found in the audit, organize relevant departments to analyze the causes and formulate rectification measures, track the rectification progress, submit the rectification report to customers, and verify the rectification effect.
3.PPAP提交管理 / PPAP Submission Management
主導新產品或更改產品的生產件批準程序(PPAP)工作,協調研發、生產、采購等部門收集PPAP所需資料(如設計記錄、過程能力研究、測量系統分析、樣品檢驗報告等)。審核PPAP文件的完整性和準確性,按照客戶要求的格式和時間節點提交PPAP,跟進客戶審批結果,并處理審批過程中提出的問題。
Lead the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for new products or modified products, coordinate with R&D, production, procurement and other departments to collect materials required for PPAP (such as design records, process capability studies, measurement system analysis, sample inspection reports, etc.). Audit the completeness and accuracy of PPAP documents, submit PPAP in accordance with the format and time node required by customers, follow up the customer approval results, and handle the problems raised during the approval process.
4.8D報告處理 / 8D Report Handling
針對客戶投訴、內部重大質量問題或過程異常,牽頭組建8D小組,按照8D問題解決流程(成立小組、描述問題、臨時措施、根本原因分析、永久糾正措施、驗證措施、預防措施、關閉小組)開展工作。主導根本原因分析,制定并跟蹤糾正預防措施的實施,撰寫8D報告并提交給客戶,確保問題得到有效解決和預防。
For customer complaints, major internal quality problems or process abnormalities, take the lead in forming an 8D team and carry out work in accordance with the 8D (8 Disciplines) problem-solving process (form a team, describe the problem, temporary measures, root cause analysis, permanent corrective measures, verify measures, preventive measures, close the team). Lead the root cause analysis, formulate and track the implementation of corrective and preventive measures, write 8D reports and submit them to customers to ensure that problems are effectively solved and prevented.
5.過程質量問題分析與改善/Process quality problem analyze and continuous improvement
靈活運用質量工具分析質量數據,識別質量改進機會。協助開展質量培訓,提升員工的質量意識和技能
Flexibly utilize quality tools to analyze quality data, identify opportunities for quality improvement. Assist in conducting quality training to enhance employees' quality awareness and skills.
6.領導安排的其他質量相關工作 / Other Quality-Related Work assigned by superior
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 最低崗位要求
1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, electronics, automation, quality management or related fields.
本科及以上學歷,機械、電子、自動化、質量管理等相關專業。
2.工作經驗 / Work Experience
5年以上制造業質量工程師工作經驗,有ISO 9001體系維護、客戶審核應對、PPAP及8D報告處理經驗者優先。
More than 5 years of work experience as a quality engineer in manufacturing industry, with experience in ISO 9001 system maintenance, customer audit response, PPAP and 8D report handling is preferred.
3.專業技能 / Professional Skills
熟悉ISO 9001質量管理體系標準及相關質量工具(如FMEA、SPC、MSA、APQP、PPAP等);具備良好的問題分析與解決能力,能熟練運用8D、5Why等問題解決方法;掌握質量管理體系審核技巧,具備客戶審核應對經驗;具備良好的文檔編寫能力,能獨立完成PPAP、8D報告等質量文件的編制與審核。
Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management system standards and related quality tools (such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, etc.); have good problem analysis and solving ability, and be proficient in using problem-solving methods such as 8D and 5Why; master quality management system audit skills and have experience in customer audit response; have good document writing ability, and can independently complete the preparation and audit of quality documents such as PPAP and 8D reports.
4.綜合素質 / Comprehensive Quality
具備良好的溝通協調能力、團隊合作精神及抗壓能力;工作認真負責,嚴謹細致,有較強的責任心和執行力;具備基本的英語聽說讀寫能力,能閱讀和編寫英文質量文件。Have good communication and coordination skills, team spirit and pressure resistance ability; work conscientiously and responsibly, be rigorous and careful, and have strong sense of responsibility and execution; have basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and can read and write English quality documents.
