2. 負責制定各工序的月、周和日生產計劃，并每日跟進生產進度和達成情況
Be responsible for formulating monthly, weekly and daily production plans for each process, and daily monitoring of the production progress and achievement status.
3. 根據各工序的月、周和日生產計劃，分析短、中、長期產能計算和人員需求計劃
Based on the monthly, weekly and daily production plans for each process, analyze short-term, medium-term and long-term capacity calculations and personnel demand plans.
4. 每日監控各工序的生產計劃執行進度，有異常情況，與生產、技術、質量等部門緊密溝通，升級解決，確保產品完成時間并準時交付客戶
Daily monitor the progress of the production plan execution for each process. In case of any abnormal situation, closely communicate with the production, technical, and quality departments to escalate and resolve the issue, ensuring the completion time of the products and delivering them to the customers on time.
5. 根據客戶需求變化及生產情況，調整生產計劃，如有交付風險及時升級處理
Adjust the production plan according to changes in customer demands and production conditions. If there is any delivery risk, promptly escalate the handling process.
6. 外協工序的收發貨安排，及物流車輛的調度安排
Arrangements for the receiving and dispatching of outsourced processes, as well as scheduling of logistics vehicles
7. 如產品判定返工，協助質量部門開具返工單
If the product is determined to require rework, assist the quality department in preparing the rework work order.
8. 新產品開發過程中，對設備產能進行評估和分析，確保設備產能滿足量產交付
During the new product development process, the production capacity of the equipment is evaluated and analyzed to ensure that it meets the requirements for mass production and delivery.
9. 在滿足客戶交付的前提下，控制WIP及成品的庫存水平，提高庫存周轉率，每兩周進行庫存分析
While ensuring the delivery requirements for customers, control the inventory levels of work-in-progress and finished products, increase the inventory turnover rate, and conduct inventory analysis every two weeks.
10. 完成經理安排的其他工作和任務
Complete other tasks that are assigned by the manager.

任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學歷專業；
Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. 很好的適應能力和溝通技巧，有一定的抗壓能力；
Excellent adaptability and communication skills, with a certain ability to handle pressure.
3. 良好的團隊合作精神，責任心和主動性；
Excellent teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility and initiative.
4. 5年以上生產計劃管理工作經驗；有汽車零部件制造行業的或有多產品小批量類型排產經驗優先
More than 5 years’ working experience in production plan management. Experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry or in the production of small-batch multi-product types will be given priority.
5. 能熟練運用ERP、MES系統；
Proficient in ERP and MES systems.
6. 熟練運用辦公軟件Excel、PPT等；
Proficient in using office software such as Excel and PPT.
7. 英語聽說讀寫流利者優先。
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
