Job Description:
Provide installation and verification services for company equipment to users, including instrument and equipment installation, maintenance, user training, repair, online technical support, and technical Q&A, requiring nationwide business trips. This position also requires strong project management and coordination skills.
Main responsibilities:
1. Responsible for project management, installation, and validation of stability testing chambers and laboratory equipment for clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, and address technical issues such as customer feedback on product functionality improvements.
3. Develop project engineering schedule, manage project progress, control project quality, manage dispatched personnel for collaboration at customer sites, and provide product training to customers. Successfully delivered the project.
4. Install and debug the company's product software.
5. Efficiently communicate and coordinate with customer department managers, supervisors, and users to ensure project progress.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical and electrical integration, automation, electronics or other related fields of science and engineering;
2. Can adapt to long-term business trips, with over two years of work experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or after-sales service. (Those with excellent conditions may also have no work experience)
3. Have a certain level of English reading ability. Japanese proficiency is preferred.
4. Has good interpersonal and language communication skills, able to communicate with clients and company team members, and strong logical analysis ability
5. Attentive, patient, strong hands-on ability, good at learning, honest and trustworthy, and courageous in taking on responsibilities.
6. Priority given to those with electrician certificate or refrigeration equipment maintenance certificate

Monthly salary: 8000-12000 yuan before tax
