Job Summary: This role will be responsible for Management and overseeing the sales strategy, business development, and operations related to Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) within the China region. The role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market in China, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for API products in the Chinese market.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics affecting the API’s sales landscape in China.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitive factors

Product Development Oversight 產品開發監管:
Working closely with the R&D and product development teams to align the product portfolio with market needs and regulatory requirements in China.

Regulatory Compliance 合規:
Ensuring that all business activities comply with relevant local
and international laws and regulations, particularly those related to pharmaceutical products and formulations.

Stakeholder Engagement 參與利益相關者:
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare professionals, distributors, and suppliers in China.

Financial Management 財務管理:
Develop and manage the budget for the API sales department, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions

Willingness to travel frequently within China and possibly internationally. Actively
participating in industry conferences and events to network and stay updated on

Qualifications
任職資格:
