Responsibilities:
1. 在質量、效率和資源利用方面優化生產流程；Optimize production
processes in terms of quality, efficiency, and resource utilization。
2. 支持新產品的引入Support the introduction of new
products.。
3. 安裝機器和工作系統，根據需要調整工藝參數并創建新程序Install machines and
work systems. Adjust process parameters and create new programs as needed。
4. 對生產人員進行工具和設備的正確使用、制造工藝以及技術深度知識的培訓。向相關人員傳達特定制造工藝的技術背景信息；Train production personnel on the proper use of tools and equipment, manufacturing processes, and in-depth technical knowledge. Convey technical background
information on specific manufacturing processes to relevant personnel。
5. 為團隊提供一級支持（例如，零件清單錯誤、系統錯誤等）Provide first-level support to the team (e.g., parts list errors, system errors, etc.).
6. 診斷制造過程中的問題，并與生產設備團隊合作，確保獲得正確的支持（如維護、IT、訂單處理等）Diagnose issues in the manufacturing process and collaborate with the production equipment team to ensure proper support (such as maintenance, IT, order processing, etc.).
7. 根據需要，協助處理升級后的維護和制造工程服務人員的問題Assist in handling issues related to maintenance and manufacturing engineering service personnel after upgrades, as needed.
8. 與制造工程服務部門、維護部門及總部合作，解決制造設備問題Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering service department, maintenance department,and
headquarters to resolve manufacturing equipment issues.
9. 在所需系統中（例如KANBAN控制環路）維護生產過程的基本數據Maintain basic data for the production process
in the required systems (such as the KANBAN control loop).
10. 在維護部門無法提供服務時，陪同第三方技術人員進行工作。Accompany third-party
technical personnel to carry out work when the maintenance department is unable
to provide services.
11. 參與創建各種文件（例如風險評估報告）Participate in the
creation of various documents (such as risk assessment reports)。
12. 與質量保證部門一起準備工藝審批的預工作（例如，制造新型選擇性焊接工藝的測試樣品）Prepare
pre-work for process approval in collaboration with the quality assurance department (e.g., manufacturing test samples for new selective welding processes)。
13. 與團隊負責人協調，根據規格采購工具、系統和設備Coordinate with the team leader to procure tools, systems, and equipment according to specifications。
14. 定期維護任務，與團隊負責人協作，協調與維修人員的服務分配For regular maintenance tasks, collaborate with the team leader and coordinate the service allocation with maintenance personnel。
15. 與團隊負責人協調，記錄變更情況，并根據工程變更通知（ECN）任務處理制造過程中的變更Coordinate with the
team leader, record changes, and handle changes in the manufacturing process according to the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) tasks。
16. 協助領導完成其他工作。Other jobs assigned by your manager.

1. 熟悉相關標準：ISO、ASME、EN、RCC-M；Be familiar with various welding standards:ISO, ASME, EN
2. 熟悉工藝評定過程，有豐富的裝配工藝經驗；Familiar with the assemble process qualification and have extensive experience in assemble process qualification.
3. 有儀器儀表產品生產經驗優先；Prior experience in instrument manufacture is preferred.
4. 熟悉物料需求MRP，ERP運行邏輯。
5. 熟練使用辦公軟件，精通Excel，BI等工具
Soft skill
1. 良好的溝通能力Good communication skills；

任職資格：
1. 本科及以上學歷，理工科專業；Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in
2. 3年以上工作經驗，熟悉ISO、ASME、EN、RCC-M等相關標準；With over 3 years of work experience, I am familiar with relevant standards such as ISO, ASME, EN, and RCC-M.
3. 能獨立開展產線技術支持工作Capable of independently carrying out product line technical support.
4. 英語聽說讀寫熟練。Proficient in English listening,speaking, reading, and writing.
