Key Responsibilities:
- Execute certification audits as assigned by the company, in accordance with established plans and procedures.
- Promptly report any issues encountered during the audit process and actively collaborate to find solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions, research projects, and initiatives for audit process improvement.
- Prepare and complete technical documentation and audit reports in a timely manner.
- Manage relationships with all relevant parties during the audit process.
- Guide and monitor clients in the corrective action process for addressing non-conformities.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion and archiving of audit case files.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for audit assignments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and a keen learning ability.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for audit assignments.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Must have passed the CCAA (China Certification and Accreditation Association) registration examinations (in either實(shí)習(xí) - Internship or 正式 - Formal status).
- Proven experience in one or more of the following industry sectors is a significant advantage:
