一、主要職責活動
A.Take part in the process design and production flow optimization of products to enhance production efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost參與產品的工藝設計和生產流程優化,提升生產效率,降低成本
B.Develop and implement standardized operation procedure in the workshop to ensure consistency and controllability of the production process制定和實施車間的標準化作業流程,確保生產過程的一致性和可控性
C.Be responsible for the layout design of the production workshop, optimize the logistics process, increase the space utilization rate, optimize the assembly line logistics, and ensure the efficient operation of the production line負責生產車間的布局設計,優化物流流程,增加空間利用率,優化流水線物流,確保生產線的高效運作
D.Improve operation methods and line balance to enhance operation efficiency and reduce material waste改善作業方式及線平衡,提升作業效率,減少材料報廢
E.Develop standard working hours and personnel quotas as the basis for improving factory efficiency and cost assessment制訂標準工時,人員定額,作為廠區效率改善,成本評估的依據
F.Manufacturing cost analysis to reduce scrapping cost and manufacturing cost 制造成本分析,降低報廢成本和制造成本
G.Regularly conduct production efficiency analysis, establish and improve the production capacity database to facilitate subsequent decision-making and improvement定期進行生產效率分析,建立并完善產能數據庫,以便于后續的決策和改進
H.Calculate various production resources, assess the benefits of automation introduction, and put forward improvement suggestions對各項生產資源進行核算,評估自動化導入的收益,提出改進建議
I.Lead the lean improvement projects and teams, and carry out and execute lean activities負責精益改善項目及小組,進行精益活動的開展與執行;
J.Complete other tasks assigned by superior and support the overall goals of the team and the progress of the project完成上級領導安排的其他工作,支持團隊的整體目標和項目進展
二、所需專業知識
1、Master core industrial engineering tools (such as standard working hour formulation, line balance, process analysis, capacity planning, etc.) and lean production tools (such as VSM, SMED, Kanban, etc.)掌握工業工程核心工具(標準工時制定、線體平衡、流程分析、產能規劃等)及精益生產工具(VSM、SMED、看板等)。
2、Possess strong data analysis skills and be proficient in using software such as Excel (functions, PivotTable), CAD (layout planning), and Minitab (statistical analysis)具備較強的數據分析能力,能熟練使用 Excel(函數、數據透視表)、CAD(布局規劃)、Minitab(統計分析)等軟件
3、Understand the ISO9001 quality management system and relevant safety production regulations, and possess the ability to quickly solve on-site problems了解 ISO9001 質量管理體系、安全生產相關法規,具備現場問題快速解決能力
4、Familiar with the creation and modification of PFMEA, Control Plan, PFD, & WI. 熟悉 PFMEA、控制計劃、PFD 和 WI 的創建和修改。
5、Those with experience in promoting lean production projects (such as 5S, TPM, and the establishment of lean production lines, etc.) are preferred有精益生產項目推動經驗(如 5S、TPM、精益生產線搭建等)者優先。
三、任職要求
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or related fields is preferred本科以上學歷,工科類專業,工業工程、機械工程、制造工程等相關專業優先
2、5-year at least work experiences related on IE or ME, automotive industry as preferred至少5年以上工業設計或制造技術相關工作經驗, 傾向于汽車行業
3、Written and reading skill on English. 英語讀寫能力。
4、Possess excellent logical thinking, communication and coordination skills, as well as project promotion capabilities, and be able to independently lead improvement projects具備良好的邏輯思維、溝通協調能力及項目推動能力,能獨立主導改善項目
5、Be rigorous in work, highly responsible, have a strong ability of stress resistance and a continuous learning awareness工作嚴謹、責任心強,有較強的抗壓能力及持續學習意識
6、Possess a spirit of teamwork and be capable of effectively coordinating cross-departmental resources to achieve goals具備團隊合作精神,能有效聯動跨部門資源達成目標
