Genetic Engineering and Molecular Biology Position

The Rinkevich Lab at the Institute for Regenerative Biology and Medicine (IRBM), CIMR, is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow/Research Associate/Technician with a strong background in genetic engineering/molecular biology.
Candidates should ideally have a strong background in molecular biology approaches including Genetic engineering, Gene Therapy, Vector development, DNA/mRNA modifications, Viral-based systems (AAV), cloning including selection and propagation, CRISPR/Cas - 9 technology, shRNA, plasmid and construct generation, piggy-back systems, recombinant protein expression vectors into bacterial or yeast expression systems. Additional experience in tissue culture, histology-frozen and paraffin sections, insect cell expression system, and protein purification will be a bonus. Soft skill includes strong attention to details and excellent communication skills in English language.
