Key Responsibilities 主要職責:
Filtration/Thickener/ Flotation/Grinding testing in China完成在中國的過濾/濃密/浮選/磨機實驗
Primary Activities主要活動:
- Provide test work for related equipments & technologies sales for inside and outside China為國內外市場相關技術及設備的銷售提供試驗
- Follow up and execute related management policies and procedures 服從和執行相關管理政策和流程
- Collect project information during the test work if available 可行時在實驗工作中收集項目信息
- Liaise with clients on their test work requirements 根據客戶要求完成實驗
- Establish technical parameters for laboratory 為實驗室建立技術參考數據庫
- Carry out laboratory testing for the related applications including report writing with use of multimedia presentation where applicable 完成實驗操作的相關應用，包括適用時進行多媒體演示匯報
- Use data to obtain scale up to industrial equipment in association with sales staffs 把實驗數據放大到工業生產以配合銷售
- Maintenance of test reporting database 維護實驗報告數據庫
- Maintenance of the test equipment 維護室驗設備
- Specific research and development projects 完成特定的研究開發項目
- Responsibility for QEHS lab procedures 符合質量、環境、職業健康安全（QEHS）的實驗流程
- Follow up and collect information for the related industry technology development trend 跟蹤和收集相關行業技術發展趨勢的信息
- Global test application support 支持全球實驗應用
- Write the test reports according to the company standards from the performed tests 根據公司的標準和試驗結果撰寫實驗報告
- Follow up the QEHS rules and regulations, obey the company management, wear and use the personal protective equipments (PPE) properly 遵章守規，服從管理，正確佩戴和使用勞動防護用品
- Attend training and be familiar with related knowledge and skills in quality, environment, occupational health and safety (QEHS) 接受培訓，掌握質量、環境、職業健康安全（QEHS）相關知識技能
- Report (potential) accidents in time if any發現事故/隱患及時報告
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager 主管交代的其他工作
Competencies and Skills 勝任資格和技能:
- Bachelor degree , mineral processing major preferred 本科學歷，選礦專業優先
- Has basic knowledge in Filtration/Thickener/ Flotation/Grinding technology 有過濾/濃密/浮選/磨礦技術的基本知識
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated, and team playing 樂觀進取且吃苦肯干，自我激勵且積極主動，有良好的團隊合作關系
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, to get all necessary support from internal and external relationship 良好的人際關系和溝通技能，能獲得所有必須的支持無論是內部團隊還是外部協作關系
- Flexible to travel according to the company practice and business needs 能根據公司慣例和業務需求靈活出差
- Can exactly follow the company work process and line managers’ guide for achieving the work tasks. 能嚴格遵循公司的工作流程和主管的指導完成工作任務
- Can fully follow the managers and organization’s arrangement to achieve the requested task 能完全按照主管和組織的安排完成所要求的各項任務
