Position Overview:
1.Establish a domestic laboratory team
2.Optimize laboratory testing Execution procedure and ERP system
3.Proficient in using the following laboratory equipment
4.The Compliance Testing Technician plays an important role in the overall compliance program. This individual will be responsible for development and inbound screening of finished product for compliance to regulatory and company expectations.
5.Report to testing and compliance department of US head office
Essential Job Functions:
· Electronic product testing
· Lead & Material Testing with XRF Analyzer
· Phthalate and Material identification via FTIR analysis
· Creating Product Bill of Material
· Updating Compliance Database/Records
· Creating Spec Sheets for product testing
· Creating testing procedures
· Maintaining Test Equipment
· Support both Compliance and Quality department
· Support the Product Safety and Compliance Manager in additional assigned tasks
Requirements（specialized knowledge/skills/experience ）
· Bachelor degree or above，Science and engineering is preferred
· Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English,CET-6 or above
· At least 5 years of laboratory technology and management experience
· Knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical in preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Macro Programming is a plus)
· Excellent follow-through and communication and coordination skills，Detail oriented and very organized，Problem solving, creativity, and intuition
